Emails not sent by us:  This policy is only in effect if you have received an email from an employee of Clark and Partners.  Due to the nature of how email works, it is possible for an email to seem like it has been sent by someone, when in actual fact it has been sent by a completely different person.  This is called "spoofing" and many spammers use this technique .  If you have been sent an email which ends in "@clarkandpartners.co.uk" and you believe this to be spam, it is likely that someone is spoofing our email address, and the email you have received never actually originated from us.  Please forward the offending email to and be assured that we will deal with this in an appropriate manner, such as reporting it to the relevant authorities..
