For over 55 years, Clark & Partners has been providing mobility solutions to customers. We understand how important it is to remain independent and to keep your mobility products in good working order. That’s why we have a dedicated Service team and engineers on hand to offer repairs and servicing.
Servicing your product
A service on a product reduces the risk of problems and helps you benefit from full use of your product for years to come.
You can opt to pay a one-off service fee for your product, regardless of whether you have purchased it with us or not.
Alternatively, you can save money by taking out a 1, 2 or 3 year service contract. This is simply a pre-paid service for a product, where we will visit you once annually. It’s the worry-free way to protect your product and prevent breakdowns. There’s no need to remember when your service is due, as we will contact you to book in an appointment near to the time.
We carry out a service in your home or in our workshop, whichever is more convenient for you. We also keep a record of your full service history, which is useful for any warranty or insurance claims, or if you choose to sell the product.
If there is any problem following on from a service, we will provide you with a quotation for repairs so you can decide whether to go ahead.
Our engineers also carry out repairs if your product isn’t working correctly or has broken down. We are able to source a wide range of replacement parts and often keep some in stock.
