Celebrating our 60th anniversary this year, Clark and Partners is a leading supplier of mobility equipment. Through our online and bricks & mortar stores we supply a wide range of every day mobility equipment from scooters to grab rails. We specialise in adaptations at home achieving safe access for people to maintain mobility. As well as adaptions to cars to help assist with driving and transportation of mobility equipment.
Our first online store went live in 2007 showcasing just a few of the products available. In 2021 we did a well needed update bring our website up to date with a modern sleek look as well as updating the products available to buy online. We have also expanded the website to show you the other services we offer incorporating our mobility solutions for home and driving assistance.
No they are not. You can find many items in our online store such as grabbers and walking sticks. For items such as scooters and rise & recline chairs we always suggest visiting a store to try a product before committing to purchase. For larger items such as stairlifts and powered wheelchairs a home visit is always required.

If you require external assistance we suggest that you contact your local trading standards.
You can return all your items to us within 14 days of signing for them. We ask customers to return any unwanted products at their own postage and packaging costs, and to return these undamaged, unused and in the original packaging within the 14 days to obtain a full refund. If your items have arrived to you faulty or incorrect due to a fault on our behalf, we will refund all postage and packaging costs.

Yes of course, please contact our Web Sales Team on 0114 229 33 74 so they can arrange this for you and let the staff at you preferred store know you will be popping in.
We will contact you with an estimated time of arrival once your order has been placed, this is usually 5 – 7 working days
We require cancellations in writing to: websales@clarkandpartners.co.uk . Please do this as soon as possible to ensure that the products haven’t been dispatched.
If we attempt to deliver your products and there is no-one in to accept and sign for your delivery, we will either leave it with a neighbour or we will bring your delivery back to our head office. We will then contact you to re-deliver.
Please Note: There may be a further charges for re-delivery.
No. We don’t pass on your details to any third party, and we will only use your phone number to contact you regarding the order you have placed. Our Web Sales Team may want to discuss further products with you or delivery times. They will firstly email you about this, however should they not get a reply, they will attempt to phone you.
Rise & recline chairs come in a variety of colours, sizes, fabrics, back choices and action options. You need to try a chair, sit in it, recline it, ensure it works for what you. You cannot do this when you buy online, this often results in disappointed customer experience as the chair isn’t quite right.
Scooters come with a large range of options and test driving these allow you a real feel for how they work.
Boot scooters for example are great for going round local supermarkets but will it fit in your car, can you lift it into your car, is it too heavy? Trying all of these cannot be done when buying online.
Wheelchairs usually require complete product assessment for active user and powered chairs. These require in depth consultation between the user and our specialist.
Buying online is great for quick and convenient products but where extra detail is required we want to ensure you get the right product for you.
Klarna is a way to spread the cost of your products, when buying from our online store. All of our online products can be purchased using Klarna to pay today or in 30 days*. For products priced between £35-£1,000, customers also have the option to spread the cost by paying in three monthly instalments, thanks to Klarna. *Subject to individual circumstances. Once Clark and Partners have taken your payment, your bank details are automatically deleted from our online store and all systems, meaning that any future orders will require you to re-type your bank details
Unfortunately not, any products that are listed as an “online offer” are strictly for our online customers and are not available in any of our showrooms.
