Service & Repair

Looking after your equipment is all part of the package we provide, many of our products come with built in maintenance and warranty but we also offer extra packages for additional peace of mind if the worst was to happen. Our services include, warranty, servicing, repairs, out of hours repairs, and complete care packages. Each option offers different levels of protection for your item.

Repairs & Breakdown

Products aged over 12 months are repaired and maintained through our call out service operating Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. If your product breaks down, is faulty or needs fixing please give us a call on 0114 2293377.

Charges apply for call out, we also offer emergency call out for stairlifts and lifts. The out of hours telephone number is 07970 649563.

Manufacturers Warranty

New products come with a manufacturers warranty, the length is detailed in your sales documentation. Some items have a return to base, others have a collection included. Warranty covers faults that have not occurred due to accidental damage or misuse.


Regular servicing of equipment helps keep it in good working order, servicing is usually annually except where LOLER (“Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations”) is applied and can be done every 6 months (usually where healthcare professionals are providing care). We recommend regular servicing to ensure the longevity of your product and offer a range of servicing packages from single service to 3 year packages. Care Packages

Complete Care Packages are an excellent worry free solution for items such as lifts, hoists and stairlifts. They provide complete cover for all call outs, repairs, parts and annual servicing with the exception of an insurable event such as flood or serious reckless damage.

There are 2 options for a care package, Standard and Premium. A Standard Care Package covers call out during Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm. A Premium Care Package covers 24/7 call out 365 days a year. For more information and pricing call us on 0114 2293377.
